CMBI assisted Duiba Group in successfully listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange

May 7th, 2019, Duiba Group Limited (Duiba Group or the Company) (stock code: 1753.HK) successfully listed on Hong Kong stock exchange main board. CMBI acted as Joint Sponsor, Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager for Duiba Group’s IPO.

Duiba Group is a leading user management SaaS provider for online businesses and the leading interactive advertising platform operator in China. The Company ranked first in (i) China’s user management SaaS market in terms of the number of registered mobile apps as of December 31, 2018 each with DAUs above one million; and (ii) China’s mobile interactive advertising market in terms of revenue in 2018, with a market share of over 50%.

Duiba Group issued 111,111,200 new shares in the global offering and was priced at HK$6.00 per share, with total proceeds being HK$667 million (assuming Over-Allotment Option is not exercised). The book was multiple times covered with a good mixed of investors. The international offering was oversubscribed because of the Company's excellent fundamentals and attractive pricing level. Timetable is highly efficient with listing only 10 months from kick off, demonstrating CMBI’s strong execution capabilities.

As the leading joint sponsor in this project, CMBI played an important role in deal execution, communications with regulators, marketing and sales. Leveraging strong network of Chinese investors, high net-worth individuals, CMBI assisted the Company in introducing many long-term, high quality and low price-sensitive investors, which has made an important contribution to successful listing of Duiba Group.
