CMBI has recently become aware that certain online media reported containing false statements involving CMBI. It was alleged, among other matters, BigFun Group / Hong Kong BigFun Group / BigFun Asset Management Ltd / BigFun Limited Partnership Fund / BigFun No.1 Limited Partnership Fund (“BigFun”), claiming to be associated with CMBI, has worked with CMBI for the setup of the Fund.
CMBI would like to refute the false contents and wishes to clarity as follows:
- CMBI is not in any way related to, affiliated or associated with BigFun;
- CMBI has no cooperation, connection, business relationship with BigFun; and
- CMBI has not engaged and authorized to release of the false statements involving CMBI reported on certain online media.
CMBI is very concerned about this matter and reserves all legal rights against all parties involved in this matter.
CMBI wishes to remind the general public to refer to announcements published on the website of CMBI (http://www.cmbi.com.hk) for information about CMBI.
